Het is echt een tijd geleden dat ik nog een originele Franse roulette zag. De fiches vliegen door de lucht en worden met het harkje uit de lucht gehaald.

Het casino is niet heel groot en heeft ook een mooi restaurant. Er is ook een apart gedeelte voor poker en hier wordt elke avond gespeeld en ook regelmatig toernooien gespeeld.

Er is buiten de Franse roulette ook een Amerikaanse roulette variant aanwezig. Het personeel is sjiek gekleed en gedraagt zich er ook zo naar.

In dit casino zijn geen speelautomaten te vinden, op een automatische roulette na. Als onze geluksvogel dat niet doet, eist de croupier dit fooitje bijna op en is dat wel een hele rare gewaarwording.

Het is een ongeschreven regel maar zeker niet verplicht! Zelf kan ik mij in zo'n casino etablissement uren vermaken. Vooral het kijken naar de spelers en het personeel.

Het komt niet vaak voor dat we ons in zo'n casino begeven en ik blijf mijn ogen uitkijken. We zitten helaas op een strak schema en blijven niet langer dan een uur.

Als we het casino uitlopen heb ik wel een bijzonder gevoel en wil eigenlijk gewoon blijven hangen.
